Special Rate June-August 2008: $295/day
Peak Season January 4th to March 31st: $350/day
Off-Peak Season April 1st to Dec. 14th: $325/day
Holidays Dec. 15th to January 3rd: $425/day (also Thanksgiving and Easter weeks)
Taxes: Hawaii tax of 11.42% is added to all rentals
Occupancy: Maximum 4 persons. No children between 2 and 14 years of age without special approval and added security deposit.
Cleaning Fee: A $150 cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 days or more
Minimum Rental: 4-day rental
Reservation/Security Deposit: $500.00 ($800 with children or international)
Full Payment: The rental + all taxes are due 60 days before arrival (75 days for holidays, peak season) 
       
                                                                  
        
Policies

Payment Type: For U.S bookings we accept personal checks or add 2.9% fee for Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover charges when paid via PayPal. For International, payment by wire of funds or 3.9% for credit card via PayPal
Security Deposit: The reservation deposit holds your reservation and is held for security. The deposit is returned in full in 5 days via check after checkout if there are no added charges
Cancellation of Reservation: If the reservation is cancelled the amount of the rent paid, less a $75 reservation fee, will be returned only if the unit can be rented to another party. We will make every attempt to do so, but offer no guarantee. Recommend acquiring travel insurance if this is a concern (see "Maui Links")
Children: The Palms is primarily for discriminating adults. No children between 2 and 14 years of age without special permission and added security deposit
Other: Absolutely no pets or smoking. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for violators and you may be evicted
Check-In: 3-5PM. An earlier check-in is subject to daily availability on day of arrival. Check-in after hours requires advance notice and special arrangements for obtaining keys
Check-Out: By 11AM. This is required so the unit can be cleaned for the next renter. For an optional $150 fee + tax, you may extended your check-out to no later than 5PM. This extension must be reserved at time of booking
