Deposit is for security and to hold your reservation -- paid at time of booking and are held separately from rental payment amounts. They are refunded a few days after departure if there is no damage to the unit, or other violation of the rental agreement. Full (entire stay) rental payment amount is due 60 days before arrival during non-peak season and 75 days in advance during peak and holiday seasons. Note that full rental payment is in addition to Deposit amount described above.
Peak season (January 5 to April 14): $495 per night
Non-peak season (April 15 to Dec.14): $395 per night
Holiday season (Dec.15 to January 4): $600 per night
(NOTE: These rates increase by $50/night starting Dec. 15, 2025)
10-night minimum stay for Holiday Season. 4-night minimum the rest of the year.
There is a $275 cleaning fee, which is waived for stays of 7 nights or longer.
Late check-out is $300, if available, and if arranged in advance.
Hawaii State and Maui County taxes are in addition to these rates --
